Information we use

When enabled, payment is processed by Razorpay through its secure checkout. Milu receives an order reference, purchased items, payment status, amount, currency, and purchaser email for fulfillment and support. We do not receive full card details.

Essential storage

Cookies remember your selected region and protect checkout access. Local storage remembers your analytics choice. Session storage can preserve campaign attribution. Activity answers are not sent to analytics.

Optional analytics

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” If configured, Meta Pixel receives consented page and funnel events, including verified purchases. Change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining stops future optional events.

Contact requests

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, topic, and message are sent to our support inbox through our email-delivery provider. We use these details to respond to your request. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or private activity answers.

External services

Google Fonts serves website fonts. Hosting infrastructure processes network information needed to deliver the site. Processor agreements, international transfers, retention periods, and rights procedures must be finalized before launch.
